In addition, the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan  Board Of Directors, its officers, agents and employees are not to be held liable for any and all claims of injuries, including death, damages or loss,  which may arise in connection with a meeting held on the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan  property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, nor Board of Directors, nor their employees,  nor any other parties accept liability for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature including but not limited to direct, indirect, economic, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses or damages, or for any expenses arising out of, or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan , or in connection with any error, omission, defect, computer virus or system failure, or loss of any profit, goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with the access of, use of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan premises.
User Indemnity

The user/visitor shall indemnify Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan  their Board of Directors, employees, advisers against any and all direct or indirect losses of whatsoever nature (including, but not limited to, consequential loss, economic loss, incidental, special or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss of reputation), liabilities, claims, damages, settlements, awards, costs, expenses and proceedings incurred by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan their Board of Directors, employees  in consequence of the user's use or misuse of the premises.
